Exclusion from Promotional Events: Membership benefits cannot be applied toward Botox Day or similar promotional events.
Gift Card Restrictions: Discounted gift cards may not be used in conjunction with membership discounts. However, standard (non-discounted) gift cards may be used for payment.

Refund Policy: Membership fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
